Equippro Solutions Corp. respects the privacy and security of information accessed through its internal QuickBooks Online integration.
Our internal application may access business accounting information authorized through QuickBooks Online, including customer information, invoices, invoice balances, payments, and accounting account information.
Information obtained through QuickBooks Online is used solely for legitimate internal accounting and payment-processing purposes of Equippro Solutions Corp., including reviewing invoices, matching customer payments, recording payments, preventing duplicate payment postings, and maintaining internal transaction records.
Access to QuickBooks Online is provided through Intuit's OAuth authorization process. The application does not collect or store QuickBooks Online usernames or passwords.
Information obtained through the QuickBooks Online integration is not sold, rented, or used for advertising or marketing purposes. Information is not disclosed to third parties except where necessary for legitimate business operations, legal compliance, security, or as otherwise required by law.
Equippro Solutions Corp. uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information accessed and processed through the integration.
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for accounting, business recordkeeping, security, legal, and compliance purposes.
Authorization for the application to access QuickBooks Online may be revoked through the applicable Intuit/QuickBooks account settings. Once authorization is revoked, the application will no longer be able to access QuickBooks Online through that authorization.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
