The QuickBooks Online integration operated by Equippro Solutions Corp. is an internally developed business application intended solely for authorized use by Equippro Solutions Corp.
The application may be used only by persons authorized by Equippro Solutions Corp. It is designed to assist with internal accounting activities, including retrieving QuickBooks Online invoice information, reviewing customer payments, and recording authorized payments.
The application communicates with QuickBooks Online through APIs and authorization services provided by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to the applicable Intuit and QuickBooks terms and policies.
Authorized users are responsible for reviewing payment and accounting information for accuracy before transactions are submitted to QuickBooks Online.
Equippro Solutions Corp. does not guarantee that the internal application or its QuickBooks Online integration will be continuously available or free from errors, interruptions, or third-party service outages.
Unauthorized access, use, modification, copying, or distribution of the application is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Equippro Solutions Corp. shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use, inaccurate information supplied to the application, third-party service interruptions, or use of the application contrary to these terms.
Equippro Solutions Corp. may modify these terms or the internal application at any time.
